LAST DAY TO BUY, OR MAKE ARRANGEMENTS FOR, PROM TICKETS. ALL SALES/ARRANGEMENTS GO THROUGH MS. BRANTON. AT LUNCH, IN THE PIT.

Guidance:
Prom tickets. Today at the beginning of lunch is your last opportunity to purchase a prom ticket. Unless you make arrangements with Ms. Branton TODAY there will be no tickets sold after this time. They are sold at the beginning of lunch and only from Ms. Branton in the pit.


Scholarships: If you have a scholarship from any source and want it to be announced in the program or as you cross the stage we need to know about it. Privacy laws mean the organizations can’t advise us. Please bring in your notification of any scholarship to the main office.


The Brad Martin Memorial Bursary is now available. To be eligible for this bursary you must be entering a business or commerce program at a postsecondary institute this fall, as well as have been a student athlete during high school. The bursary amounts that are available range from $500 - $1000. For more information, please see the poster in Student Services. For an application, please see Ms. Meunier.

Sports:
Phys Ed leadership team are hosting an Ultimate Frisbee tournament next week. Sign up in the gym, coed teams, the fun starts Wednesday.


Your Auburn Girls Rugby Team defeated the undefeated Millwood Knights yesterday in their semi-final matchup by a score of 19-15.  Leading the way offensively for Auburn was:  MJ Jackson with 2 trys, Allyson Betyna with 1 try and 2 converts from the boot of Ashlyn O'Reilly.  Your heart awards for the day for tackling ferocity goes out to:  Jillian Dobson & Colby Capstick who both had huge games.  This win puts Auburn into the final on Tuesday against Dartmouth High at CPA field at 4:30pm.  Also, the Auburn girls team will be traveling to Windsor next weekend to compete at Provincials!  Congratulations! GO EAGLES!

School:
Students that will be going on the Mawi'omi Field trip next week with Terry Drysdale will be meeting in room 101 today during C Block.  Anyone who has not returned their Mawi'omi permission slip please do so today. If you need another on please see Terry.

 

INDIGENOUS STUDENTS: Terry Drysdale will be hosting a Drumming workshop and meet and great from the Native Friendship Centre on Wednesday May 29th from 11:00am - 1:00pm in room 225 for all indigenous students.

All those who received applications for coop next school year please drop off your applications to Mr. Peori in room 218.
