PICTURE RETAKES NOV 1...SIGN UP IN THE MAIN OFFICE

Retakes are taking place Nov 1st and only those who are signed up will be called down. Sign up in the main office.


Sports:
The Eagles defeated Sackville High last night by a final score of 9-0. The tam didn’t struggle much and played a great game. Auburn goals came from 5 different players. Conar Brace got a shutout in his first game of the season stopping 10 shots. It was Pink in the Rink night and the team and fans came through raising over $600 for the Canadian Cancer Society. Come out next Tuesday to watch the Eagles take on the Dartmouth Spartans."


Auburn Eagles girls hockey team defeated Halifax West 4-0 at Cole Harbour Place on Tues Oct 29th. Ellie Hinam scored a hatrick and Rachel Edwards scored 1 to lead the Eagles to victory while Kaitlyn Woodworth had the shutout.


Congrats to Kurt Thibeault who had an excellent run at the provincial championships on Monday. As well, to the senior girls team who had some of their personal best results.

There will be a boys JV basketball team tryout this Thursday from 4-6.

School:
There will be a fall concert tonight in the cafetorium for all those who are interested in an evening of music. Our musicians have been working hard to build a team, and we think we have it!  Concert starts at 6:30 pm and should be about 45 minutes long.  Hope to see you there!

Yearbook meeting on Friday. Listen closely to announcements because yearbooks will be on sale soon!


Tomorrow is it…the day we scare hunger for good. Bring in many, many non-perishable items for us to donate to the food bank to scare hunger away for good.


There will be a costume contest tomorrow in the cafeteria. Friday will be bobbing for apples.
