After a disallowed goal by Auburn because the net came off, the Eagles stayed strong and Logan Gillis put a shot in the from the point with only 2:28 left in the game. Logan Thom put in an empty net goal with a strong forecheck to put the game out of reach. Josh Braine played an amazing game in net, stopping 24 shots.
