When you fill it out the information is distributed automatically to the schools concerned which bypasses the need to deliver an in person paper form. Covid rules prevent us from welcoming you into any of our school spaces at this time.

You will be contacted when our principal has made final decisions. This will take several weeks as we await final staffing numbers and IN area registrations to be completed.
