Guidance:
Student fees can be paid in the main office. Please bring them in by tomorrow if you haven’t already.

Representatives from Acadia University will be coming to Auburn on Friday September 20th at 12:05pm to speak with students about their institution, programs and admissions.  They are offering FREE on-the-spot admissions to students interested in applying.  If you would like to apply, you must bring a transcript to the information session.  To order a transcript, please sign your name on the clipboard in Student Services no later than Wednesday September 18th, 2019.

Another epic win by the boys soccer team vs SHS. 14-1 3 amazing goals from Ben Bruce just ask Darian. Oscar Marshall with a glorious hat-trick as well.Ryan Davis had 2
Liam Hailey, Josh Deyoung, Travis hail, Quinn Hasley, Garrett Hines and Joel Patterson each had one.  Tomorrow AUB VS Cole Harbour, Cole Harbour turf be there 4 o'clock (sound of eagle call)

School:
Eagle of the week this week is Maria Collins and Molly Morinville, International student ambassadors, for helping out with the international students and welcoming them to our Nest. Please see me in the main office for your Certificate.


Student Salute this week goes to our AMAZING guidance counselors, Ms. Munroe and ms. Rose for all the work they did getting the course changes done. Thank you for your tireless efforts.


We are in need of a few more volunteers for our breakfast programs. Many hands make light work. Tuesday and Thursday mornings. Please sign up in the main office.


Welcome week: Make sure to come all tealed out tomorrow for TEAL DAY!


There will be a meeting on Monday September 23 in the council room for anyone interested in running for a grade level rep.

Calling out to all creative eagles the student council is looking for someone to design this years school wear. If you’re interested please stop by the office by the end of the day Friday.


Community:
Any students looking for some part time employment with the Halifax Rec programs, including teaching younger kids dance, gymnastics, or basketball, and who have experience in those fields are asked to see Mr. White at some time during the week.

At Lunch today:
There will be Christian fellowship this week Thursday at lunch in miss priest room 224….IWK Telethon committee will meet in the council room….Creative gaming in room 305…. Welcome Week continues at lunch in the caf..today is Tug of War…. Ms. B will be having extra help today in room 222….in the caf: Tony has sweet chili chicken and rice and veggies. Mmmm.
