What does this mean?

• Masks will continue to be recommended in schools and on school buses. Students, staff, outside service providers, volunteers and visitors who choose to wear a mask will be supported.

• HRCE Central Office/building staff and visitors will no longer be required to wear masks; however, they are still recommended.

• Masks and hand sanitizer will continue to be supplied in schools.

• Students, staff and visitors are asked to continue to follow core public health measures, including getting vaccinated if eligible, staying home if feeling unwell, following the COVID-19 Daily Checklist, and washing and sanitizing hands frequently.

Wearing a mask will be a personal choice. Individuals may not request that others wear a mask. Please respect the choices of those around you and remember to treat everyone with kindness and understanding as we all adjust.

This information will be shared with families later this afternoon.

Thank you for your continued support and enjoy the upcoming long weekend!
