Auburn Drive High

June 10th, 2019

Guidance:
Contest alert! Prizes to be won. This school year is quickly coming to an end. For some of you this marks the end of high school and the beginning of something new and exciting. Prom, graduation and all the festivities to acknowledge this important event in your lives will be happening in the next few weeks.
At Auburn we want everyone to be safe while celebrating their accomplishments. So, we are having Prom Safety Awareness Week to help educate everyone about celebrating safely. This week you will see many different signs about prom, graduation, drinking and drugs. Take a moment to read them and think about what they say. There are many good messages on them and facts you may not have been aware of. As well this week, everyday on announcements, there will be a fact shared with you. Listen for this fact and email Ms. Branton what it is for your chance to win some prizes at the end of the week. The information pertains to all grades so all can enter once per day all week so listen closely! Use Ms. Branton's email from the school website and the winners will be announced Friday. Today's fact is: Nearly half of all teen deaths on the road involve alcohol and drugs.

The prom committee has a request for all grads: please go through your photos. Select your favourite appropriate 5 photos of you and your friends from the past three years at Auburn. Send them to auburnprom@gmail.com.
