Guidance:
LIEUTENANT GOVERNOR AWARD information is coming soon. If you are in grade 11 and have an average of 90% or above, start your engines. We will give you more information next week.

COURSE SELECTION: Course selection will begin next week. Please make sure you have reviewed your prospective courses and have viable plan B options in case your first choice is not available. Even if the system allows you to select a course it does not  necessarily mean you will actually be enrolled in that course so make sure you are happy with your alternates.

GRAD PHOTOS: Very important: if you missed getting your grad photo taken and want to be included in the yearbook you have until Friday March 5 to contact Adams Photography to arrange a sitting. Please contact them at 902-434-0558 or via email at schools@adamsphotograpy.ca. Photos taken after this point will not be included in the yearbook.

Sports:

The boys hockey team played game 1 of their best of 3 playoff series last night against the Halifax West Warriors. The Eagles defeated the West by a final score of 1-0 taking the series lead. Auburn’s lone goal was scored by Joseph Brown and Conar Brace had the shutout in net. Auburn plays Halifax West this coming Saturday at the BMO Centre in game 2.

VISUAL ART PROJECT: Any African Nova Scotian STudent who is interested in taking part in a visual art project within the community please sign up in the main office by today . An honorarium will be provided.
