- Did you know? In Mi'kmaq culture, knowledge was/is disclosed and shared with the specific purpose of teaching the individual to live in harmony with Mother Earth and how to behave as a sacred being living among other sacred beings. Mi'kmaw Ways of Being and Knowing reflects knowledge and teachings gifted through our Ancestors.
- There will be a pumpkin carving contest taking place Monday at lunch time. NSISP and Canadian students are welcome to participate. Groups of 2 are allowed. A vote will take place on Tuesday October 31st and the winner will receive a $20 gift card. Sign up sheet is on the bulletin board in Student Services.
- Any members of the three branches of Cadets who would be interested in helping out with this year's Remembrance day ceremony please sign up in the office.
Sports
- There are 2 Tryout dates remaining for the Auburn Boys Basketball Team. The dates and times are: Tuesday, October 24th from 6-8pm & Thursday, October 26th from 8-10pm. The team will then be picked for the season after these last two tryouts. Information about the Boys Junior Varsity basketball coming soon. Stand By.
- Any students planning to attend the Football game at CP Allen tonight should arrive early as there will be a limit to the number of spectators allowed. Also,no bags will be allowed into the game.
Cafeteria
- Lunch today in the cafeteria will be Hot Dogs and Chips.
