School

• Yearbook Committee is asking all students to check their gnspes email for a link to a Google Form titled POPULAR TRENDS. This is your chance to vote on trends in our school and results will be printed in the Yearbook. The form will be opened for voting until March 8th.

• There will be Peer Tutoring today at lunch.

• Student Salute goes to Ms Martin for always being so kind and always checking in on her students!

• Eagle of the Week goes to Kelista Crawley for planning and presenting the assembly on Wednesday.

Athletics

• Auburn Boys lacrosse tryouts start today in the gym from 6-8pm. Girls lacrosse tryouts begin tomorrow, Wednesday, from 6-8pm in the gym. Both sign up sheets are in the gym.

Student Council

• March Madness is March 4-8th! It is a spirit week/food drive and COMPETITION amongst ALL schools in HRM! Our donations will be going to the Preston Community Fridge and Cole Harbour Community Fridge! Non perishable food and monetary donations will be collected this week, and will be dropped off FRIDAY AFTERNOON (March 8th)

• The spirit week theme for tomorrow is: Red flags vs Green flags.

Community

• March Break Football Camp! A Team Precision Play Camp will be hosting a U12 - U18 March Break Football Camp.  Check out the posters outside the main office and around the school for more information.

• Cole Harbour Public Library is hosting a Price is Right Teen night tonight from 6-7:30 to learn to play the Price is Right and eat cotton candy! It is free and is open to all junior high and high school students.
