School

• In the coming week, Auburn students are asked to complete the student success survey in your D-block classes. This survey will provide our school with important feedback regarding students' experiences to help support you. If you are off during D-block, one of the vice principals will be in touch with you to arrange a time to do the survey.

• Reminder of our 50/50 fundraiser to help us buy new bleachers for the gym. Please let your families know to check out our website for information on how they can buy tickets. Sales end tomorrow!

• Bingo in support of prom is happening tomorrow evening at 6pm in the cafeteria. Please remind your parents and friends.

• A reminder to Cohort Students who would like to go to the leadership summit to sign up with their teachers.

• Any cohort students who are ordering a hoodie, this week is your last chance to place your order. Your $75 payment can be brought to the main office.

• A Reminder to Grade 12 students to check your GNSPES email to see if your grad photos are ready to pick up. More photos are being delivered regularly to the main office.

Athletics

• There will be a Boys Rugby game against Bayview today at 4:45 pm at the Halifax Mainland turf. Players should be there for 4pm dressed and ready to warm up.

• There will be an Auburn Boys Slow Pitch Tryout for those looking to play on the team this year.  Practice will be:  Tuesday, April 30th, Tuesday, May 7th & Thursday, May 9th from 5:30pm to 7:00pm on the Auburn Field. Play dates for this year's Tournament Are:  May 13-14 & May 21

• The Auburn boys lacrosse team will be playing in the semi-finals of the tournament today at 6:00pm at the RBC Centre in Dartmouth. Admission is free. Come out and watch the boys and cheer them on as they look to make the final game. A reminder to the players that your payment is due tonight at the game.
