Sports:
Boys soccer had an exciting 11-0 victory yesterday. Clean sheet shared by Darian Slaughter and Alex Potinger- first one of the season. Great job boys! A hat trick from our Brazilian Phenom Lorenzo; Ryan and Ben each had two and Joel, John, Parker and Kurt finished it off. Way to go boys!


School:
The Auburn Drive High Animal Awareness committee is once again hosting the cutest pet contest. This is open to students and staff. Please submit a clear picture of your pet, including his/her name, personality and age to Ms Moser. We are focusing on supporting local shelters and  would love to know if your little angel came from a rescue. Gift cards from Petvalue will be awarded to 1st, 2nd and 3rd place

Don’t forget to bring in your food donations for WE SCARE HUNGER.  Bring it in to your D block class. Off block kids bring it to the main office. No one should be going hungry on our watch! Listen for updates on the class in the lead. The winning class gets a prize!

Terry Fox Week: Friday: Pie Friday- buy a ticket for a chance to win an opportunity to throw a pie at a teacher. $0.50 per ticket. Tickets will be sold all week. There will be a shakedown during D block. All proceeds go towards the Terry Fox Foundation!
