Auburn Drive High

September 29th, 2023

School

  • Tomorrow, September 30th is National Truth and Reconciliation Day. Today we wear orange and come together in the spirit of hope and reconciliation to honor residential school survivors, their families, their communities and those who didn't make it home.  Please take time to learn about the inter-generational impacts that residential schools had on Indigenous people. Every First Nations person you know is either a residential school survivor, a child of a survivor, a grandchild of a survivor, or all three. It is important to learn about Indigenous history in order to fully understand the current state of Indigenous concerns within Canada.
  • Auburn Jibbetz are now on sale in the main office for $5 each!
