  • Chess club will meet Wednesday at lunch in room 305. Boards are available or bring your own.
  • Auburn Jibbetz are now on sale in the main office for $5 each!
  • Student Salute goes to Ms. Thistle in the office for changing everybody’s attendance for the Terry Fox walk and for helping everyone out with so much!
  • Eagle of the Week goes to Eric and Hayley Goguen for holding the doors open for everyone everyday!!

Sports

  • Reminder of cross country practice after school today.
  • The co-ed soccer tournament starts today at lunch and runs all week. Come out and play or just come and watch!
  • The boys and girls volleyball teams need your support this week. The girls play at home tonight against DHS 6-8 , the boys have Lockview at home Wednesday 6-8, and the girls host again Thursday 6-8 against Mosaique. Both teams are very competitive in their respective leagues and you can see some exciting volleyball. We need fans in the stands!! Come out and show us your teal!     

Student Services

  • A representative from Acadia University will be in Room 225  on Thursday at 12:05 pm to speak with African Nova Scotian students and students of African descent about Acadia, their programs, and admissions. Due to physical spacing, a maximum of 30 students are allowed to attend, so please sign-up in Student Services, if you plan to attend.
  • A representative from the University of New Brunswick will be coming to Auburn on Wednesday October 11 at 12:05 pm in room 225 to speak with students.  Due to physical spacing, a maximum of 30 students are allowed to attend, so please sign up in Student Services if you plan to attend.
  • If you are interested in being a Peer Tutor, sign up in student services.
