Congrats to the Auburn senior boys and intermediate boys snowboard teams who both brought home silver medals at the Metro Championships at Martock yesterday. The intermediate boys were led by Adam Billard who also won an individual silver medal and Ethan Carr who placed 4th while the senior boys had great races by Aiden Thompson and Marquez Euloth both finishing in the top 5 overall. The Regional Championships are next Tuesday at Martock.
The Girls Hockey Team defeated the Lockview Dragons 6-0 at home yesterday in round 2 of the playoffs. The Eagles dominated the game firing 31 shots on the Dragons goalie. Aub goalie Mckinley Kellestine stopped all 12 shots recording the shootout for the Eagles. Addison Watt had a hat trick, Kayla Macleod had 2 goals and Sophie Cormier with one. Assists went to Addy Watt, Kayla Macleod, Ava Stevenson, Sophie Cormier, Anna Townsend and Edie Leblanc. The Eagles move on to Round 3 vs JL Judges at home on Thursday, February 19th 4PM - 5:30PM.
There will be a Boy's Rugby practice today at 6pm in the gym. Everyone, welcome, bring your shorts and sneakers.
