The Nova Scotia Sisterhood is a free program that welcomes women and gender-diverse individuals from the African Nova Scotian and Black community to access culturally competent healthcare to improve their health and wellbeing.This all-Black team of female healthcare professionals will be here at lunch in room 307 to talk about their services and information for those interested in joining the medical field.
There will be Christian fellowship today at lunch in room 225. All are welcome.
Congratulations to the Auburn Girls Lacrosse team on a dominant 8–0 victory over Dartmouth High last night! The team showed incredible teamwork, strong defense, and relentless effort from start to finish to secure the shutout win. Great job to all the players and coaches for representing Auburn with pride. Be sure to congratulate the team when you see them today!
The boys lacrosse team open their season tonight against Citadel at 7:00pm in Bedford at the Lebrun. Come cheer on the boys as they try to play as well as the girls do!!
Grade 12's, you are down to the last few fundraisers for prom and we are hoping for everyone’s participation.
The Bingo and Silent Auction is on April 22nd from 7-9. Doors open at 6:30pm at the Lawrencetown Community Centre, 3657 Lawrencetown Road. Pre-order for bingo cards is available now. Books are $25 for the first book, for each person and $5 for any additional books. Send EFT’s to aubprom26@gmail.com, stating how many books you want.
The Second event is the Spring Market which will take place here at the school on April 25-26. This is also a bake sale. Check out our post on the Facebook Prom page to see what is needed from baked goods to volunteer help. During the Spring Market, we will be having a Bottle Drive. We are asking staff, community members and students to drop off your bottles at the school or help us go door to door for a collection. We are calling on families with trucks, SUV and cars that can help drop bottles off at Bluenose Recycling at the end of the day.
Last but not least, reminder that the Grads 2026 Satin Robes sales are due by April 30th Check them out in the office.
