Reminder to all that Yearbooks are still on sale for $60. To purchase your book, go to our school`s website, click on School Cash online and follow the prompts. You can also bring cash to school and go to the office to order a book.
The Yearbook Committee is looking for sports pictures, fun pictures of your and your friends or any other pictures you wish to share. Visit Mme Pluta in room 102 to air drop the pictures or email them to spluta@gnspes.ca
Staff and students are asked to wear either a black, yellow, green or red t-shirt tomorrow to represent African Heritage month.
There will be a meeting for everyone interested in tryout for the girls field hockey team today at the beginning of lunch in room 224.
Grads, please listen to the following announcements:
First, the Gift Card Raffle is currently underway. One winner has a chance to win $1,200 worth of gift cards. The draw date is March 2nd. You can pick up your tickets at the school office. We still need volunteers to sell tickets at the Seaport Market on Sat 21st and Sun 22nd and the following Sat 28th and Mar 1st. Second, we have the Domino's Fundraiser Night Feb 19th Use the following codes when ordering for the Prom Committee to get a % of profits. Please check out the Grad Google Classroom or the Facebook Page for additional information and to get access to the CODES which can be used at any HRM location so family and friends can order and we benefit. The closest Domino's to us is 50 Tacoma Dr.
Last but not least, Grads of 2026 Satin Robes from Karma Bridal & Prom are available for pre-order. Your choice of pick or black and for just $45. The deadline for orders is April 30th. Karma is offering 5% off your purchase of a gown or suit (not already purchased) - just show the code below when shopping. Samples are at the school office to see in person.
