The Returning Student Registration Form (formerly Demographic Updates Form) is available to families from September 9 to October 5. This form is accessed via the Parent Portal and is an opportunity each year to review and update student information and also includes our yearly permissions and consents.

Transcript Requests

To Request a Transcript or a Replacement Diploma

FOR FORMER AUBURN STUDENTS
Please email adhs@hrce.ca and include your full name as it was at the time of your graduation, your year of graduation and your birth date. 
Transcripts are $5 each and Diplomas are $20 each.
 
FOR CURRENT AUBURN STUDENTS
Please see the Administrative Assistant in Student Services to request your transcript. Please make sure you request transcripts well in advance of specific post-secondary or scholarship deadlines.
